A stage set, an exhibition stall or a product reveal is approved from a drawing and then built once, at full cost, with no rehearsal. The gap between the drawing and the built thing is where the surprises live: the LED wall that blocks the fire exit sightline, the sponsor logo hidden behind a truss, the kiosk that faces the wrong way, the product colour that looks different under stage light. 3D visualisation closes that gap before anything is fabricated.

ZebIQ models stages, sets, stalls and venues to scale from the actual floor plan and rigging drawings, drops in the real LED pixel maps, lighting positions and camera angles, and renders what the audience, the cameras and the stream will see from their actual seats. Clients approve a walkthrough, not a sketch. Fabricators receive dimensioned drawings from the same model. The AV team receives camera and screen sightlines. Because ZebIQ also supplies the screens, the streaming and the AR layers for many of the events we visualise, the model is built by people who know what a 3.9 mm pitch wall looks like from row 20.

The same team produces product and architectural renders, animated product reveals for the main screen, 3D explainer sequences, and optimised, game-ready assets for the experiences we build — AR photobooths and games, VR walkthroughs, holographic displays and 3D product showcases. Assets are modelled clean, textured for real-time engines where they need to run live, and delivered with the source files, so a stall designed for one expo can be re-dressed for the next instead of rebuilt.

  1. Brief, Plans and References

    We collect the venue or floor plan, rigging and power drawings, brand assets, product references and the technology list — screens, cameras, kiosks — and agree what the visualisation has to answer.

  2. Blockout and Sightline Check

    A fast, untextured model checks scale, sightlines, camera positions and screen sizes first. Layout decisions are made here, where a change costs an hour instead of a fabrication reorder.

  3. Modelling, Materials and Lighting

    Detail, materials and real lighting positions are added; LED content is mapped onto the actual pixel layout so the render shows how the graphics will read, not a placeholder.

  4. Render, Approve and Hand Off

    Stills, walkthroughs or real-time assets are delivered for approval, then the model feeds fabrication drawings, AV sightline sheets and, where the project needs it, the AR/VR build.

A 6-by-9-metre stall modelled with kiosks, lead-capture points and a demo zone, approved as a walkthrough, fabricated from the model's drawings and re-dressed for two further expos from the same file.

Dimensionally exact, because the model is built from the venue's plans and the rigging drawings, and the screens are placed at their real pixel pitch and size. Lighting and material renders are close but not photometric; we say so on the render. Where colour accuracy matters — a product finish, a brand colour on fabric — we recommend a physical sample alongside the render.

Yes, and that is a large part of the point. We model with reuse in mind and deliver source files plus optimised versions for real-time use. A stall model becomes a virtual booth, a product model becomes an AR placement asset or a web configurator, provided the brief says so upfront so topology and texture budgets are set correctly.
