Which conferencing platforms do you support?

We work with Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Webex, run sessions on BharatVC for government and PSU participants, bridge hardware IP room systems such as Polycom (Poly) and Cisco into any of them over SIP/H.323, and can deploy white-label WebRTC environments when you need full branding control or data-residency guarantees. Platform recommendation is part of our scoping process.

How do you prevent uninvited participants from joining sensitive meetings?

We apply layered controls: unique per-participant links, waiting-room verification against the invite list, role-based permissions, locked sessions once attendance is confirmed, and watermarked content where required.

Can you support meetings where participants speak different languages?

Yes. We configure simultaneous interpretation channels with professional interpreters, and can add live multilingual captions. Participants simply select their preferred language channel within the platform.

What happens if there's a technical issue during the session?

Our producer is live on the platform throughout the meeting to handle admissions, troubleshooting, and content switching. We also provide pre-session tech checks for key speakers and maintain a support channel for participant issues.

Can BharatVC or a Polycom/Cisco room be part of a live stream?

Yes. The BharatVC session or the hardware room system is bridged into our production switcher, the far end receives the stage as return video, and the remote speaker appears on the stream at broadcast quality. Sessions hosted on BharatVC can also be streamed out to a public audience with graphics, captions and real-time dubbing.
