ZebIQ Technology

On-Demand Web & Mobile Apps

Full-cycle web and mobile app development — from MVP to scale — with modern stacks, clean architecture, and AI-ready foundations.

From napkin sketch to App Store. We build full-cycle web and mobile products — marketplaces, booking platforms, SaaS dashboards, field-service apps — using modern stacks, clean architecture, and AI-ready foundations. Whether you need an MVP in weeks or enterprise-grade scale, we deliver code you own, teams that move fast, and products built for the next five years.

Engineering for Speed and Scale

Beyond events, ZebIQ operates as a full-service product engineering studio. Our stack choices are pragmatic and modern — TypeScript, Next.js, React Native, Flutter, Node.js, PostgreSQL — selected for long-term maintainability rather than novelty.

For startups, we run lean MVP sprints that get a testable product in front of real users in weeks. For enterprises, we bring disciplined architecture: CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, security reviews, and documentation that lets your internal team take over cleanly.

Every build is AI-ready by default. We design data models and APIs so that intelligent features — recommendations, semantic search, automated workflows — can be layered in without re-architecture.

Core Capabilities

MVP Sprints

Scoped, fixed-timeline builds that validate your core hypothesis with real users in 6–10 weeks.

Cross-Platform Mobile

React Native and Flutter apps sharing one codebase across iOS and Android without sacrificing native feel.

Scalable Cloud Architecture

Containerised deployments on AWS, GCP, or Azure with auto-scaling, monitoring, and infrastructure-as-code.

Quality Engineering Built In

Automated test suites, code review standards, and CI/CD pipelines from the first sprint — not bolted on later.

AI-Ready Foundations

Data models, event streams, and APIs designed so ML features and LLM integrations can be added without rework.

Transparent Delivery

Weekly demos, shared backlogs, and full source-code ownership transferred to you.

How We Build

  1. Product Discovery

Workshops to sharpen the problem, define the user journeys that matter, and cut scope to what proves value fastest.

  2. Design & Prototype

Clickable prototypes validated with target users before engineering begins, de-risking the build.

  3. Sprint-Based Development

Two-week sprints with demos, a shared backlog, and continuous deployment to a staging environment you can touch.

  4. Hardening & Launch

Security review, performance testing, store submission, and production deployment with monitoring in place.

  5. Grow & Iterate

Post-launch analytics reviews and an iteration roadmap driven by real usage data.

Built for Real Outcomes

Startup MVPs: Marketplace, booking, and SaaS products taken from concept to first paying users on a defined budget and timeline.

Enterprise Internal Tools: Field-force apps, approval workflows, and operations dashboards that replace email-and-spreadsheet processes.

Digital Extensions: Customer apps, dealer portals, and loyalty platforms for retail, hospitality, and manufacturing companies going digital.

The products that win in the next five years will be the ones built for AI integration from the ground up, not retrofitted later.

Common Questions

Do we own the source code?

Completely. All code, designs, and documentation are delivered in repositories you control, with no licensing lock-in. We also document the codebase so any competent team can maintain it.

Native or cross-platform — which should we choose?

For most products, cross-platform (React Native or Flutter) delivers 90 percent of native quality at substantially lower cost and faster iteration. We recommend native only when you need deep hardware access or platform-specific performance, and we will tell you honestly which case you are in.

What happens after launch?

You choose: a managed support retainer with SLAs, a gradual handover to your in-house team, or a hybrid. We design the engagement so you are never dependent on us by default.

How long does an MVP really take?

6–10 weeks for a scoped, testable product with real users. The key is ruthless scope-cutting in discovery to validate the core hypothesis, not building everything at once.
