ZebIQ Technology

SEO & AI Search Visibility

Technical SEO, structured data and content engineering — plus GEO so ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews cite you. Audits that end in shipped fixes.

Most SEO engagements end in a PDF. Two hundred issues, colour-coded by severity, handed to a development team that never gets to them. ZebIQ works the other way round: we build websites, apps and event platforms, so an audit finding becomes a deployed fix in the same sprint. We found this the hard way on our own site, where a bad canonical tag had quietly dropped 47 pages out of Google's index. Diagnosis took an afternoon. The fix shipped the same day.

In practice the work runs on two tracks. The technical track covers crawl and index hygiene, canonicals, redirect chains, internal linking, XML sitemaps, Core Web Vitals and rendering — plus structured data that actually validates, including Event, Organization, Person, FAQ and Breadcrumb schema. The content track starts with real demand: keyword and question research, Search Console data, and for our event clients, first-party signals nobody else can see — what people typed into registration forms, searched inside the event app, and asked the support chatbot. That includes Hindi and transliterated queries, which most keyword tools under-report for Indian audiences.

The third piece is Generative Engine Optimisation. A growing share of research now happens inside ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Google AI Overviews, where there is no blue link to rank for. We build a tracked prompt set for your category, measure how often you are cited and against which competitors, and then work the levers that matter: crawlable content for AI user agents, clean entity data, extractable answer formatting, and credible third-party mentions. Everything is reported against a baseline captured before we start. If a number does not move, we say so.

What's included

//01

Audits That End in Shipped Fixes

Full technical crawl covering index coverage, canonicals, redirect chains, orphan pages, duplicate content and rendering. Our engineers implement the remediation rather than handing you a backlog.

//02

Generative Engine Optimisation

A tracked prompt set for your category, measured across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Google AI Overviews. We report citation share and competitor mentions against a documented baseline.

//03

Structured Data and Entity Markup

Event, Organization, Person, Product, FAQ and Breadcrumb schema implemented and validated, so search engines and language models can parse your speakers, sessions, venues and dates without guessing.

//04

Keyword Strategy from First-Party Demand

Search research grounded in registration form data, in-app search logs and support queries alongside standard tools. Hindi, regional language and transliterated variants are researched explicitly, not assumed.

//05

Core Web Vitals Engineering

LCP, INP and CLS treated as a performance budget enforced in the build, not a one-off cleanup. Image pipelines, script loading and server response times are handled at the code level.

//06

Rank Tracking and Backlink Monitoring

Position tracking across desktop and mobile, city-level for Jaipur, Delhi and other target markets, with backlink profile monitoring, new and lost link alerts, and toxic link disavow.

How it works

A clear, numbered path from kickoff to live operation — so you always know what happens next.

  1. Baseline and Technical Crawl

    We crawl the full site, connect Search Console and analytics, and record where you stand today on rankings, indexed pages, Core Web Vitals and AI citation share. Nothing gets claimed later without this baseline.

  2. Demand and Prompt Mapping

    Keyword clusters are built from search tools, your own first-party data and competitor gaps. In parallel we define the prompt set buyers actually type into AI assistants when researching your category.

  3. Remediation Sprint

    Critical technical issues are fixed first: index blockers, canonical errors, broken redirects, schema and page speed. Work is ticketed, deployed and re-crawled so every fix is verified rather than assumed.

  4. Content and Entity Build

    We build or rewrite the pages that carry commercial intent, structure them for extraction by language models, and make your entity data consistent across the site, Google Business Profile and third-party listings.

  5. Track, Report and Iterate

    Monthly reporting covers rankings, organic sessions, conversions, Core Web Vitals and AI citation share, with the next sprint's priorities attached. Losses are reported alongside gains.

Where it shines

Conference and Event Organisers

Edition pages, speaker profiles and agenda pages marked up with Event and Person schema so they surface in search and AI answers. Registration data from the previous edition feeds the keyword plan for the next one.

B2B and Enterprise Services Firms

For companies whose buyers now shortlist vendors inside ChatGPT and Perplexity before ever visiting a website. We work on being one of the few names those tools cite for your category.

Multi-Location and Regional Businesses

City-level visibility across Jaipur, Delhi and other Indian markets, covering local landing pages, Google Business Profile consistency and Hindi or transliterated search behaviour that English-only strategies miss.

Frequently asked

No, and anyone who guarantees it is selling something. These systems are probabilistic and change their retrieval behaviour without notice. What we can control is whether your content is crawlable by AI user agents, structured for extraction, consistent as an entity across the web, and referenced by sources those models trust. We measure citation share against a documented baseline every month so you can see whether the work is paying off.

Technical fixes move fastest. Index and crawl problems, like the canonical bug that had deindexed 47 of our own pages, often show recovery within two to six weeks. Competitive rankings and content-led growth realistically take four to six months, longer in crowded categories. If your domain is new or has a weak backlink profile, we will tell you that at the audit stage rather than after you have paid for six months.

It changes who deploys, not what we find. We work directly with your development team, or on your platform if you give us access, and every recommendation ships as a specific ticket with the exact change required rather than vague advice. The honest limit is this: if the fixes never get deployed, rankings will not move, and we will flag stalled items in the monthly report instead of quietly carrying them forward.
