ZebIQ Technology

The technology backbone behind flawless live, hybrid, and virtual events.

From the first registration to the final broadcast frame, ZebIQ engineers the IT infrastructure that modern events run on. We design, deploy, and operate streaming pipelines, check-in systems, access control, and audience engagement platforms as a single integrated stack — so organisers see one dashboard, not ten disconnected vendors.

Our teams have worked across conferences, exhibitions, corporate AGMs, government summits, and large-format celebrations, and we build for the realities of live production: unreliable venue networks, last-minute agenda changes, and zero tolerance for downtime. Every deployment ships with on-site engineers, redundant hardware, and a tested failover plan.

Frequently asked

Everything that makes a live event run on a network: registration and QR or RFID check-in, badge printing, event apps, live streaming and hybrid platforms, on-site networking, kiosks, lead retrieval and AI translation. One team designs, installs and operates it on the day, so there is no hand-off between vendors.

Four to six weeks for a conference or dealer meet gives us time to plan the network, print badges and test the registration flow. Large expos and multi-city programmes need eight to twelve weeks. A single service such as a stream or a photobooth can usually be turned around within a week if kit is available.

Yes. Crews and equipment travel across India, and international events are handled on request. Travel and freight are quoted separately in INR, and for venues we return to regularly we keep pre-configured kits ready.

Per event, in INR, itemised by service: platform licences, hardware days, crew days and any custom development. Most quotes fit on one page with options, and there are no per-attendee charges on our registration and event-app platforms.

We plan for it. Streams run on bonded 4G/5G or dedicated lines with automatic failover, check-in works offline and syncs later, and a technician stays on site through the event. This is standard scope, not an add-on.
