ZebIQ Technology

Original 2D and 3D characters and mascots — modelled, rigged and animated for explainers, stage reveals, AR photobooths, apps and multilingual campaigns.

A character does a job no logo can: it can explain a process, greet a delegate by name, host a game, react to a crowd and speak six languages without changing its face. That is why brands want a mascot for a launch, an animated host for a virtual summit, or an explainer that makes a complicated product feel simple. It is also why most of them end up with something generic — a stock-looking figure with a stiff walk and a mouth that does not match the words.

ZebIQ builds original characters from design to delivery. Concept and turnaround sheets, 2D or 3D modelling, rigging, facial and body animation, lip-sync, and rendering for the surface the character will live on — a film, a stage screen, an AR photobooth, an event app, a holographic display or a social campaign. Because the same studio ships AR games, AI photobooths and interactive kiosks, characters are built to run live where the brief needs it: optimised rigs for real-time engines, animation sets for idle, greet, react and celebrate states, and hooks for the personalisation the event app already holds.

Every character is original intellectual property created for you. We do not copy or adapt copyrighted characters, film or studio styles, or a named artist's look, and we do not use a real person's likeness without recorded consent. Voice and lip-sync are produced in Hindi, English and regional languages using the same speech stack behind our live dubbing engine, with native speakers reviewing every script, so a mascot that launches in Mumbai can host the Chennai leg without a re-shoot.

What's included

//01

Original Character Design

Concept exploration, turnaround sheets, expression and pose libraries, and a style guide so the character reads the same in a film, on a 12-metre wall and as a 40-pixel app icon. All IP is created for you and assigned to you.

//02

2D and 3D Modelling and Rigging

Production-ready 2D rigs and 3D models with clean topology, facial and body rigs, blend shapes for speech, and separate versions for offline rendering and for real-time engines.

//03

Performance Animation and Lip-Sync

Hand-keyed and motion-captured performance, facial animation and phoneme-accurate lip-sync in Hindi, English and regional languages, so dubbed editions do not look dubbed.

//04

Explainer and Campaign Films

Character-led explainers, launch films, onboarding and training videos and social series, scripted, storyboarded and produced by the same pre and post production team.

//05

Live and Interactive Characters

Optimised rigs and state-based animation sets for AR photobooths, gamified experiences, kiosks, event apps and holographic displays, built to run in real time and respond to delegate data.

//06

Mascot Programmes for Events

One mascot deployed across the invite campaign, the stage walk-in, the app, the photobooth and the sponsor activations, with a consistent voice and a library of ready-to-use animations for the organiser's team.

How it works

A clear, numbered path from kickoff to live operation — so you always know what happens next.

  1. Character Brief and Concepts

    We define the character's job, audience, personality, languages and the surfaces it will appear on, then present concept directions with expressions and poses rather than a single static drawing.

  2. Design Lock and Style Guide

    The chosen concept is refined into turnaround sheets, colour and material specs, an expression library and usage rules, which become the reference for every animator and every deliverable.

  3. Build, Rig and Test

    Modelling, texturing and rigging are completed and tested with the actual scripts and, for live use, inside the AR or app engine it will run in, so performance and behaviour are proven before animation starts.

  4. Animate, Voice and Deliver

    Scenes are animated against approved storyboards and voice tracks, language editions are lip-synced and reviewed by native speakers, and renders or real-time builds are delivered with the full source package.

Where it shines

Virtual Summit Host

An animated host that opens each session, introduces speakers and runs polls across a two-day virtual summit, voiced in Hindi and English with lip-synced editions and a state-based rig used live on the platform.

Product Explainer Series

A character-led explainer series for a fintech product, breaking a complex onboarding into six 60-second episodes for the app, the website and sales presentations, with regional-language versions.

Launch Mascot Across Stage, App and Photobooth

A brand mascot revealed in the launch film and on the LED wall, then greeting delegates by name in the event app and posing with them in an AR photobooth, with a shareable clip generated per visitor.

It will be original, and you will own it. We design from your brief and brand, not from existing characters, studio styles or a named artist's look, and we do not use anyone's likeness without recorded consent. On final payment the character IP, source files, rigs and animations are assigned to you, with a style guide so other teams can use it correctly.

Yes, if it is planned that way from the start. We build a high-detail version for rendered films and an optimised real-time version with the same design and animation set for AR, kiosks and apps. The two are kept in sync so the mascot on the wall and the mascot in the photobooth are recognisably the same.

Scripts are translated and reviewed by native speakers, voice is produced per language, and lip-sync is re-animated to each language's phonemes rather than reused from the English edition. The result is a character that appears to speak Hindi, Tamil or English natively, which matters more than most brands expect once the film plays in front of a regional audience.
