ZebIQ Technology

Scripting, storyboards, shoot planning and crew through edit, colour, sound and language versions — delivered to broadcast, stream, stage and social specs.

The most expensive part of any film is the day the crew is on set, and the most common reason a corporate film disappoints is that the day was not planned against what the edit needed. Interviews shot without the B-roll to cut away to. A launch film with no vertical version because nobody thought about the reels. An event aftermovie that cannot go out for three weeks because the footage came back from four camera teams in four formats with no timecode.

ZebIQ runs pre and post production as one plan. Before the shoot: scripting, storyboards and shot lists built backwards from the delivery list, recce and technical planning, crew and equipment scheduling, talent and location logistics, and a consent and rights checklist for everyone who will appear. On the day, the shoot follows the storyboard and the log, and for events we are often already there running the cameras, the switcher and the stream, so the multi-camera ISO records, the audio splits and the graphics are captured with the edit in mind. After the shoot: assembly and edit, colour, sound design and mix, motion graphics and titles, subtitles and language versions, and delivery in every format on the list.

We deliver for broadcast, stream, stage and social from one master — 16:9, 9:16 and 1:1 cuts, loudness-normalised audio, captioned versions, and language editions voiced or subtitled in Hindi, English and regional languages using the same speech stack behind our live dubbing engine, with a native speaker reviewing every script. Fast turnarounds are built in: same-day highlight films during multi-day events, aftermovies within days, and a searchable archive of the rushes so a session recorded in March can become a campaign in September.

What's included

//01

Scripting, Storyboards and Shot Lists

Scripts in English and Hindi, storyboards and shot lists built backwards from the delivery formats, so the shoot captures every frame the 16:9 film, the vertical cuts and the stage version will need.

//02

Recce, Crew and Technical Planning

Location recce, lighting and audio plans, camera and lens selection, crew and equipment scheduling, permissions and run-of-day, with power and venue constraints checked against the plan.

//03

Multi-Camera Event Capture

Sessions, keynotes and stage moments recorded with ISO feeds from every camera, clean programme and audio splits, timecode across units and a shot log, produced by the same crew running the live show.

//04

Edit, Colour, Sound and Motion Graphics

Offline and online edit, colour grading matched across cameras and venues, sound design and broadcast-standard mix, titles, lower thirds and animated graphics in the event's brand system.

//05

Subtitles, closed captions, voiced dubs and on-screen text versions in Hindi, English and regional languages, reviewed by native speakers and delivered as separate editions or switchable tracks.

One master delivered as broadcast, stream, LED-wall, social and app versions with correct codecs, loudness and safe areas, plus a tagged, searchable archive of rushes for future campaigns.

How it works

A clear, numbered path from kickoff to live operation — so you always know what happens next.

  1. Delivery List First

    We agree every output — durations, ratios, languages, platforms, deadlines — before writing a line of script. The delivery list decides what gets shot and how the day is scheduled.

  2. Pre-Production

    Script, storyboard, shot list, recce, crew, kit, talent, locations, permissions and consent forms are locked, and a run-of-day is issued to every department including the event's own production team.

  3. Shoot and Capture

    The shoot follows the storyboard with a live log; event coverage records ISO cameras, clean audio and programme feeds. Rushes are backed up on site and a same-day selects reel is cut where the event needs it.

  4. Post and Delivery

    Assembly, edit, colour, sound, graphics, subtitles and language editions move through a review link with timecoded comments, then every format on the delivery list is exported, checked and archived.

Where it shines

Frequently asked

Yes — that is the most efficient version of this service. The cameras, switcher and audio are already ours for the live show, so ISO recording, clean feeds and a shot log cost very little extra, and the highlight and aftermovie edit starts from properly logged material instead of a hard drive of mixed files.

Highlight reels of 60 to 90 seconds can be published the same evening if a same-day edit is planned into the crew schedule. Aftermovies of two to four minutes typically take three to seven working days depending on the number of days and cameras. Session recordings with captions are usually delivered within 48 hours of each session.

You do. Rushes, project files and masters are delivered or archived under your account, and all music, fonts and stock used are licensed for your use. Everyone appearing on camera signs a consent form we prepare in pre-production, so the films can be used in marketing without a later legal problem.
