Design, 3D, animation and film production by the team that also runs the event — so every asset fits the screen it will actually play on.
ExploreEvent branding, stage and LED content, decks, social and print — designed to the exact pixel specs of the screens and venues they will run on.

An event brand has to work in more places than a website ever will: a 3,840-pixel LED wall behind the keynote speaker, a 4:5 registration page on a phone, a 1.8-metre standee at the entrance, a badge the size of a hand, a sponsor loop on a hallway screen, and a WhatsApp reminder read in bright sunlight. Most creative is designed once at one size and then stretched to fit everything else. That is how logos pixelate on the main screen and body copy vanishes on the standee.
ZebIQ designs the other way round. We start from the output list — every screen, print size and platform the brand will touch — and build a system that holds across all of them. The stage backdrop, the walk-in loop, the lower thirds, the session title cards, the sponsor slates and the social countdowns share one grid, one type scale and one motion language, delivered at native resolution for each surface. Because we also supply the LED, the switchers and the streaming encoders, the files arrive already at the pixel map of the wall and the safe areas of the stream, and are checked in the venue before the rehearsal, not during it.
The service covers the full run of event and brand creative: identity and campaign design, stage and set visuals, motion graphics packages for screens and broadcast, keynote and pitch decks that keep their formatting on the presenter laptop, sponsor and exhibitor kits, social creative in every ratio, signage, wayfinding and print. Copy and layouts are produced in English, Hindi and regional languages where the audience needs them, with the language versions designed rather than machine-swapped. Everything ships as an organised, editable package your team can keep using after the event — source files, exports, a brand sheet and the specs for each surface.
Stage backdrops, LED content, hallway loops and stream graphics are built at the native pixel map of each screen and the safe areas of the broadcast, with the LED processor and encoder settings confirmed before design starts.
Logo, colour, type, grid and motion rules for a summit, conference, launch or dealer meet — set up as a system so the app, registration site, badges, signage and social all read as one event, not five vendors.
Walk-in loops, session title cards, lower thirds, transitions, sponsor slates, award reveals and countdowns, delivered as playable files for the switcher and as templates the on-site operator can update when the run order changes.
Presentation design that survives the presenter's laptop — fonts embedded, videos linked correctly, 16:9 and ultra-wide versions, and a speaker-ready template so late slides still match the rest of the show.
Hindi and regional-language versions are designed by hand — line lengths, script metrics and reading order respected — rather than pasted into the English layout. Native speakers review the copy before anything is printed or played.
Standees, backdrops, badges, lanyards, wayfinding, exhibitor fascia and sponsor boards, prepared with bleed, colour profiles and material specs for the printer, and mapped to the venue floor plan so nothing is designed for a wall that does not exist.
A clear, numbered path from kickoff to live operation — so you always know what happens next.
We list every surface the creative will touch — screens with pixel maps, print sizes, platforms and languages — and confirm the technical specs with the AV and venue teams. This list becomes the delivery checklist.
Two or three directions are presented as full stage-and-screen mockups, not isolated logos. The chosen direction is developed into a system: grid, type, colour, motion rules and a template set.
Assets are produced at native resolution for each output, organised by surface and run-order position, and reviewed against the brand system by a second designer before release.
Screen content is played on the actual wall or a matched test rig before rehearsal, print proofs are checked against the venue plan, and the full editable package is handed over with specs so the next event can reuse it.
One identity carried across a 12-metre LED backdrop, side screens, hybrid stream lower thirds, session cards, sponsor loops and the event app — produced at each screen's pixel map and checked on the wall the day before.
Teaser and launch creative across social ratios, invite emails, a landing page, the launch film's graphics and the reveal moment on stage, with Hindi and English versions designed in parallel.
Fascia, panels, kiosk screens and lead-capture forms for an expo stand, plus a ready-to-brand kit so every sponsor's presence matches the organiser's standard without a week of back-and-forth.
Yes, and that is the usual case. We take the master brand as fixed and build the event or campaign layer on top of it — the stage, screen, motion and print applications your brand book usually does not cover. Where an agency owns the campaign, we produce the event and screen assets to their direction and hand files back in their structure.
Run-order changes on the day are normal, which is why title cards, lower thirds and sponsor slates are delivered as templates the on-site operator can update in minutes. Structural changes — a new backdrop or a re-cut walk-in loop — need a few hours and a check on the wall, so we ask for those the day before.
For atmosphere, textures and background plates, sometimes — under the same rules as our AI creative production: original inputs, a locked brand constraint set, and a human designer choosing and finishing every asset. Logos, products, real people and anything with readable text are designed or photographed, never generated. Every asset you receive is rights-clean and yours.
