ZebIQ Technology

Design, 3D, animation and film production by the team that also runs the event — so every asset fits the screen it will actually play on.

Creative agencies deliver a file. Then someone else has to make it play on a 12-metre LED wall at 3,840 pixels wide, loop cleanly on a kiosk, survive a 40-language dub, or pop out of an AR photobooth without breaking. Most of what goes wrong with event creative goes wrong at that handover.

ZebIQ's studio sits inside the company that builds the screens, the streams, the apps and the AR experiences. Brand and stage design, 3D modelling and visualisation, pre and post production, and character animation are produced against the real output specs — the LED processor, the streaming encoder, the photobooth engine, the event app — by people who will be on site when it plays. Every deliverable is original work with a clear rights trail, quoted in INR, and built to the deadline an event actually has.

Event and brand design systems, stage and LED-wall content, 3D previsualisation of stages and stalls, product renders, film pre and post production, and original 2D and 3D characters and mascots, all built to the specs of the screens and platforms they will play on.

For variation, atmosphere and language versions, under human art direction and with original inputs only. Logos, products, real people and readable text are designed or filmed, never generated, and every asset ships rights-clean.

Yes. We treat the master brand as fixed and build the event, screen and motion layer on top of it, handing files back in the agency's structure.

Stage and screen packages typically take two to three weeks. Run-order changes on the day are handled through templates the on-site operator can edit, and same-day highlight films are possible when planned into the crew schedule.

You do, on final payment. Source files, rigs, models and a style guide are handed over so other teams can reuse them.
