ZebIQ Technology

PR & Media Relations

Media strategy, press operations and coverage measurement run by the engineers who also run the event.

Most PR work is a document and a hope. A release goes out, a list gets emailed, and results get described in adjectives. We work the way we work everywhere else: define the narrative, build the systems that carry it, and instrument the outcome so you can see what actually moved. Campaign engines wired to real event data — attribution and content systems built by engineers, so reach is measurable, not anecdotal.

The difference shows up on event day. ZebIQ runs the events themselves — registration, RFID check-in, streaming, realtime dubbing, capture. That means press accreditation runs on the same system as delegate registration, the media room has bandwidth and power because we specified it, and broadcasters get a clean feed because we already operate the encoders. A press release is easy. A working media room at a 5,000-person summit, with 60 accredited journalists, live feeds and a same-day asset drop, is an infrastructure problem.

We also measure the part of PR that has changed most recently. Buyers increasingly ask an AI engine before they ask Google, and the answer they get is assembled from cited sources. We track whether your brand appears in those answers, which publications the models pull from, and how that shifts over a quarter — alongside conventional share of voice, message pull-through and referral traffic. Every number comes with its method attached, and we will tell you when a movement is noise.

What's included

//01

Narrative and Message Architecture

A documented message hierarchy — core positioning, three supporting proof points, approved boilerplate, and the claims legal has cleared. Every release, deck and spokesperson answer traces back to it.

//02

Event Press Operations

Press accreditation runs on the same registration and RFID stack as your delegates, with badge tiers, zone access and an interview scheduler. The media room is specified like any other technical room: bandwidth, power, cabling, seating and an on-site desk.

//03

Broadcast-Grade Feeds for Media

Clean program feed, isolated speaker audio and dubbed language tracks delivered to broadcasters and OTT partners from the encoders we already operate. Journalists get usable material, not a phone recording of a stage.

//04

Same-Day Media Kits

Photography, session clips, transcripts, quote sheets, logos and speaker bios published to a hosted press room while the story is still live. Assets come from our own capture pipeline, so there is no waiting on a third-party vendor.

//05

Journalist and Analyst Relations, India-First

Tiered media maps of named reporters by beat — Indian business and trade press, Delhi, Mumbai and Bengaluru bureaus, and regional language outlets where your audience actually reads. Pitches are written per journalist, not blasted.

//06

Coverage, Share of Voice and AI Citation

Monthly reporting on placements, message pull-through, competitive share of voice and referral traffic. We also run a fixed prompt set across major AI search engines to track whether your brand is cited, and which sources those answers pull from.

How it works

A clear, numbered path from kickoff to live operation — so you always know what happens next.

  1. Baseline Audit

    We pull the last four quarters of coverage for you and two named competitors, score message pull-through, and run your category prompts through AI engines to record where you currently stand. This is the number every later report is compared against.

  2. Narrative Build

    We write the messaging house, the proof points and the boilerplate, then pressure-test each claim against evidence you can actually produce. Anything unsupportable gets cut before a journalist finds it.

  3. Media Map and Outreach Plan

    A tiered list of named journalists and analysts, mapped to beats, publications, deadlines and the specific angle each one would plausibly run. Outreach is sequenced against your announcement calendar.

  4. Execution and Press Operations

    We run the moment: accreditation, media room, feeds, interviews and asset delivery, with a published run-of-show. Holding statements and an escalation tree are signed off before doors open, so a bad hour does not become a bad week.

  5. Measure and Iterate

    A monthly dashboard covering placements, share of voice, AI citation and referral traffic, with the method for each metric stated. We review what earned pickup, retire what did not, and adjust the next cycle.

Where it shines

Flagship Summit With a Working Media Room

A multi-day conference where accredited press, broadcast partners and regional language crews all need access, feeds and assets on deadline. Accreditation, badging, streams and the press room run on one operated stack.

Funding or Expansion Announcement

A coordinated announcement where the investor deck, the press release, the spokesperson briefing and the analyst outreach all carry one narrative. We build the deck and the media plan from the same message architecture.

Crisis Readiness Before You Need It

Holding statements, an approval chain, a spokesperson roster and a monitoring setup prepared in advance and rehearsed against realistic scenarios. The goal is a defined first hour rather than an improvised one.

Frequently asked

No. Any agency that guarantees editorial placement is either buying it or lying, and paid placement is not what we sell. What we commit to is the work that produces coverage: a defensible narrative, a named media map, per-journalist pitches, functioning press operations on event day, and honest reporting on what landed and what did not. If a quarter underperforms, you will see that in the dashboard from us before you hear it anywhere else.

Usually the operational half. Most agencies write and pitch well but subcontract the event layer, which is exactly where announcements break — accreditation lists that do not match the badge system, a media room with no bandwidth, broadcasters given a phone feed. We run that infrastructure ourselves and are comfortable working alongside your existing agency, taking press operations and measurement while they keep relationships.

It is measurable, with caveats we will state upfront. We run a fixed set of category prompts across major AI search engines on a set schedule and record whether you are named, how you are described, and which sources the answer cites. Results move week to week because the models change, so we report trends over a quarter rather than single readings, and we do not claim causation we cannot demonstrate.
