ZebIQ Technology

LCD & LED Video Walls Rental

Fine-pitch LED walls and professional LCD displays — designed, installed, calibrated, and operated by ZebIQ engineers for flawless visuals at any venue.

A video wall is the visual anchor of your event — and the most unforgiving piece of technology in the room. Dead pixels, colour mismatch, or a signal dropout during the keynote are failures everyone sees. ZebIQ rents and operates professional display systems with broadcast discipline: fine-pitch indoor LED (P1.9–P3.9), high-brightness outdoor LED, seamless LCD video walls, and large-format displays — all panel-matched, calibrated, burn-tested, and operated by our engineers for flawless visuals at any venue.

Engineering-Led Display Solutions

Our service goes beyond drop-and-go rental. We design the display around your venue and content:

  • Viewing distance determines pixel pitch
  • Rigging surveys determine ground-stack versus flown installation
  • Content workflows determine processors and redundancy

Signal paths are built with backup processors and looped feeds, so a single cable or component failure never blacks out the wall. During the event, our operators manage content playback, switching, and live camera feeds — coordinated with your production team on the run of show. When the last session ends, we strike fast and leave the venue clean.

Fine-pitch LED panel assembly

Fine-Pitch Indoor & Outdoor LED

Pixel pitches precisely matched to viewing distance, with high-brightness outdoor panels rated for daylight and weather exposure. Whether you need a seamless indoor showcase or a weather-resistant outdoor screen for festivals and public events, we specify and deploy the right technology for your sightlines and venue.

Why Choose ZebIQ for Video Wall Rental

Custom Shapes & Stage Integration

Curved, corner, columns, and non-standard aspect walls built to your scenic design — not just flat rectangles.

Colour Calibration & Panel Matching

Batch-matched panels calibrated on site so the wall reads as one seamless surface on camera and to the eye.

Redundant Signal Architecture

Backup processors and looped data paths ensure a single failure never takes the screen dark mid-show.

On-Site Operators

Trained engineers running playback, switching, and live feeds in coordination with your show caller throughout the event.

Pre-Staging & Burn Test

Panels assembled, matched, and run under load at our facility before dispatch — eliminating dead-on-arrival surprises.

Rapid Install & Strike

Pre-built panel blocks and rehearsed crews that fit tight venue access windows and overnight changeovers.

Our Five-Step Process

  1. Requirement & Venue Assessment

We review your content, audience sightlines, and venue — rigging points, power, access — to specify the right wall, not the biggest one.

  2. Design & Signal Plan

Display drawings, processor configuration, and a redundant signal-flow diagram shared with your production team.

  3. Pre-Staging & Burn Test

Panels assembled, matched, and run under load at our facility before dispatch to eliminate surprises.

  4. Install, Calibrate & Rehearse

On-site build, colour calibration, and full content rehearsal ahead of doors opening.

  5. Show Operation & Strike

Operators on console throughout the event with spares on site, followed by efficient de-rig and venue restoration.

Multi-use event display setup

Multi-Purpose Event Solutions

Conference Main Stages: Keynote backdrops with speaker IMAG, presentation content, and sponsor loops switched live across sessions.

Exhibition Booths & Brand Activations: High-impact LED features that stop footfall — curved walls, floors, and product-launch reveal moments.

Outdoor Concerts & Public Events: Daylight-readable outdoor LED with weather-rated rigging for festivals, sports screenings, and civic events.

A professional video wall is only as reliable as the engineering behind it. From specification through strike, every detail matters — viewing distance, rigging capacity, signal redundancy, and live operation under pressure.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I know what pixel pitch I need?

Pixel pitch is a function of viewing distance. As a working rule, minimum comfortable viewing distance in metres roughly equals the pitch in millimetres. A P2.6 wall looks flawless from 3 metres; for an outdoor screen viewed from 30 metres, P6–P10 is the economical choice. We specify the right pitch for your venue during the assessment.

What happens if a panel fails during the event?

We carry spare panels, modules, and processors to every deployment. Our engineers can swap a failed LED module in minutes — often during a content moment so the audience never notices. Redundant signal paths cover processor and cabling failures automatically.

Can the wall show live camera feeds and presentations together?

Yes. Our video processors handle multi-window layouts mixing live IMAG, slides, videos, and sponsor content, with layouts switched live per the run of show by our operator working alongside your production team.

Do you offer outdoor LED walls?

Yes. We deploy high-brightness outdoor LED panels rated for daylight and weather exposure, ideal for festivals, sports screenings, civic events, and outdoor brand activations.

What's included in your rental service?

Design consultation, venue survey, panel matching and calibration, installation, on-site operation throughout the event, technical support, spares, and strike/removal. We handle the complete visual chain end-to-end.
