ZebIQ Technology

Laptops, Printers & Wireless Headphones Rental

Pre-configured laptop fleets, event printing infrastructure, and silent-conference headphone systems — delivered tested, supported on site, and wiped after.

Large events demand IT hardware at scale and on deadline: fifty identical laptops for a hackathon, badge printers that don't jam at peak registration, three hundred wireless headphones for parallel sessions in one hall. ZebIQ delivers pre-configured fleets—imaged with your software, tested, networked, and asset-tagged before arrival—along with on-site support and certified data wiping after the event closes.

Enterprise-Grade Hardware, Event-Ready

Traditional IT procurement assumes stable office environments and months of lead time. Events operate on different physics: spike demand, compressed deployment windows, and the requirement that unit fifty behaves identically to unit one.

Our rental fleet eliminates that friction. Business-grade laptops through high-spec workstations arrive with standardised images so every device runs your exact software stack. Event-duty printers are specified for burst loads—badge, label, and document systems with consumables calculated at 150 percent of forecast. And our silent-conference headphone systems run multi-channel wireless audio, letting several stages operate simultaneously without audio bleed.

Everything arrives charged, documented, and with an engineer. Everything leaves wiped to certified data-destruction standards.

How We Deliver

  1. Requirement Capture

Structured intake of quantities, specs, software stack, network topology, and printing volumes—eliminating ambiguity at delivery.

  2. Configuration & QA

Devices imaged with your master build, all software installed and licensed, each unit individually tested and tagged at our facility.

  3. Delivery & Setup

Equipment staged at the venue, connected to power and network, and verified functional before handover to your team.

  4. Event Support

On-site or on-call engineers manage unit swaps, consumable top-ups, and user issues throughout the event.

  5. Recovery & Closure

Asset-verified collection, certified data wiping, and a reconciliation report with wipe certificates for your records.

Silent Conference & Multi-Stage Audio

Modern venues increasingly run parallel sessions in shared halls—exhibitions with multiple stages, after-hours events in noise-sensitive locations, or breakout sessions that all occupy the same floor.

Our wireless headphone systems let each stage broadcast on its own channel. Attendees tune to the session they want; no audio bleed, no feedback loops, no ceiling speakers. Each unit has a backlit channel indicator so users stay oriented, and the systems scale from 50 to 500+ units per event.

Ideal for: - Trade shows and expos - Silent discos and social events - Multi-track conferences in one venue - Accessibility-first audio delivery

Common Questions

Can you install our specific software before delivery?

Yes—that is the default. Share your installers or licence keys and we build a master image, test it end-to-end, and clone it across the entire fleet. Every unit arrives identical and verified working. We can also enrol devices in your MDM if your policy requires it.

What if a device fails during the event?

We pre-stage spare units at the venue—typically 5–10 percent of fleet size—and our on-site engineer swaps failed hardware in minutes. For large or mission-critical deployments, support staffing and spare ratios are agreed upfront in the requirement sheet.

How is our data handled after the event?

All returned devices undergo certified data wiping to documented standards before re-entering the rental pool. We provide wipe certificates on request. For high-sensitivity engagements, we can perform the wipe on site before equipment leaves your venue.

Do you support custom network or security configurations?

Yes. We work with your IT and security teams to configure WiFi credentials, VPN clients, firewall rules, certificate pinning, and MDM policies. All configuration is tested at our facility and validated again on site.

What's included in the on-site support?

Typically a dedicated engineer for 2–3 days covering setup, user support, unit swaps, consumable management, and final asset verification. Additional support days, on-call cover, and extended hours are available.

Events operate on different physics than office IT—spike demand, compressed timelines, and the absolute requirement that every unit works identically on day one. Rental infrastructure designed for those realities removes friction and lets your team focus on the experience.
