Best Event Live Streaming Companies in India: 2026 Guide
8 min read
Search for the best event live streaming company in India and you get a page of companies calling themselves the best. This guide does something more useful: it explains what the good ones actually have in common, how to tell a production house from a platform, and which providers are worth a call for which kind of event. ZebIQ is on the list, and we say so plainly. Every description below is limited to what each company states publicly, checked in September 2026. There is no ranking, because the right choice depends on the audience, the venue and the budget, not on a league table.
Production house, platform, or both
Live streaming for events is really two jobs. The first is production: cameras, switching, audio, graphics, encoding and the connectivity that carries the signal out of a venue. The second is delivery: the platform that receives the stream, gates access, handles registration, engagement and analytics, and serves thousands of viewers through a CDN.
Production houses own cameras, switchers and crews. They stream to YouTube, LinkedIn, a client's portal or a platform partner. Platforms sell software: registration, virtual venues, networking, engagement and the viewer experience, and expect someone else to bring the cameras. Integrated providers do both, and usually run the rest of the event's technology as well.
Most disappointing streams come from a mismatch: a platform bought without a production partner, or a production crew asked to invent a registration flow the week before the event. Decide which job you are hiring for before you compare names.
What to check before you shortlist
- Multi-camera production. How many cameras, who switches, what graphics package, and whether the crew has run your kind of event: a keynote is not an awards night, and neither is a product launch.
- Connectivity redundancy. A written plan for bonded 4G/5G or a dedicated line, a backup encoder, and automatic failover. The venue's Wi-Fi is never the plan.
- Delivery. CDN-backed adaptive streaming for mobile networks, private or registration-gated access, geo controls, and a demonstrated audience size for your expected viewers.
- Engagement and platform. Q&A, polls, chat, breakouts and networking, and whether they connect to your registration data or live in a separate silo.
- Two-way participation. Whether remote speakers can join the programme and not just watch it, including guests on BharatVC, the government's video conferencing platform, and hardware IP room systems such as Polycom and Cisco, with return video so the conversation is genuinely two-way.
- Multilingual and accessibility. Live captions, translated subtitles, interpretation channels or real-time dubbing, and how each is delivered to viewers.
- Recordings and analytics. Session recordings with captions, per-session viewer analytics, and sponsor-ready reports delivered within an agreed time.
- Crew footprint. Which cities the crew is based in, what travel costs, and who is on site at 6 a.m. when the switcher will not power up.
- Pricing model. Per event, per viewer or platform subscription, quoted in INR with hardware days, crew days and licences itemised.
- References. Two clients from the last twelve months with an event like yours, and permission to call them.
Providers worth a look
24 Frames Digital (Mumbai)
Established in 2002, with offices in Mumbai, Delhi and Bengaluru. Offers multi-camera live streaming, webcasting, video conferencing, virtual and hybrid event management and event microsites, and describes over two decades of corporate event streaming. A natural first call for large corporate broadcasts in the metros.
Webstream Communications (Mumbai)
States 20 years in business, 25,000+ events and coverage of Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Kolkata and Ahmedabad. Runs its own virtual and hybrid platforms alongside live production, and lists multilingual webcasts in 20 languages and managed webinars.
Dreamcast
An event registration and check-in platform first, with in-person, virtual and hybrid formats, live streaming and webinars layered on top. States 15+ years of operation and 1,000+ event teams, and operates in India and the UAE. Worth a look when registration, badging and streaming should come from one vendor.
Streamone Events & Solutions (Bengaluru)
Webcasting and social streaming since 2005, with webinars and video conferencing, plus stage, LED wall, temporary internet and RFID services. Lists Hindustan Unilever, Randstad and DTDC among its clients and serves Chennai, Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Goa and Pune.
Syncline Films (Delhi and Mumbai)
A film and video production company offering webcasting from a single camera unit to a full multi-camera setup with a production switcher, with managed encoding, delivery and website integration, across India and the UAE. Suits events where the film crew and the stream crew should be the same people.
Platform-first options: Airmeet, Zuddl, VirtualPRO (formerly Hubilo)
Indian-origin virtual and hybrid event platforms: Airmeet (founded in 2019, now headquartered in California), Zuddl (founded in 2020, now US-based) and Hubilo (founded in Ahmedabad in 2015, acquired by Brandlive in September 2025 and now sold as VirtualPRO). Strong on registration, networking and the viewer experience; you bring a production partner for cameras, switching and encoding.
ZebIQ Technology (Jaipur)
Multi-camera live streaming and hybrid platforms delivered as part of an event-IT stack that also covers registration, check-in and event apps, with cloud streaming on a CDN and DubStream real-time dubbing into 40+ languages, and two-way video conferencing bridged into the stream: BharatVC sessions for government and PSU events, and hardware IP room systems such as Polycom and Cisco brought in over SIP/H.323 with return video. Strongest where streaming is one piece of a larger event build or where multilingual reach matters. A smaller crew footprint than the Mumbai incumbents, with crews that travel across India.
From our own streams
How to read the claims
Years in business tell you the company has survived, not that its crew has done your event. Event counts include every webinar ever streamed. Client logos show who once paid, not who would rebook. None of that is dishonest; it is just not the information you need.
Ask instead for the crew list for your date, the connectivity plan in writing, a recording from a comparable event, and two references from the last year. A provider that answers those four questions quickly is usually a provider that runs events well.
A five-step selection process
Define the audience and the number that matters
How many viewers, where, on what devices, and whether the KPI is reach, registrations, engagement or a flawless internal town hall. This decides platform versus production before any quote.
Brief with the venue facts
Send the floor plan, the stage design, the power and internet situation and the run of show. A serious provider replies with questions about sightlines, cable runs and rehearsal time.
Ask for the redundancy plan in writing
Primary and backup connectivity, backup encoder, what happens if a camera fails, and who makes the call. If it is not written, it does not exist on the day.
Run a technical rehearsal
A full run with the real graphics, the real platform and the real internet the day before. Every stream that fails in public skipped this step.
Agree the deliverables
Recordings with captions, per-session analytics, sponsor reports and the archive location, with delivery dates. Streaming ends when the deliverables arrive, not when the stage goes dark.
Frequently asked
How much does event live streaming cost in India?
It is quoted per event in INR and driven by the number of cameras and crew days, the connectivity plan, the platform or CDN used, the audience size and any multilingual or accessibility services. A single-camera webinar and a three-camera hybrid summit with dubbing are different products; ask for itemised quotes so the two can be compared.
Do we need a production company if we use a platform like Hubilo or Zuddl?
Yes, for anything with a physical stage. The platform delivers the viewer experience; someone still has to capture, switch, mix and encode the stage feed and get it out of the venue reliably. Integrated providers do both under one contract.
How do you stream from a venue with poor internet?
With a plan made before the event: bonded 4G/5G routers or a dedicated line as primary, a second path as backup, a backup encoder and automatic failover, tested at the venue the day before. The venue's shared Wi-Fi is never part of the plan.
Can a stream be private or paywalled?
Yes. Registration-gated, password-protected, single-sign-on and paid access are standard on capable platforms, with per-viewer analytics so organisers and sponsors know who watched what.
What should the recording package include?
Session recordings edited to start and end cleanly, captions or subtitles, a searchable archive, short highlight clips for social, and per-session analytics, delivered by an agreed date. Ask for this in the quote, not after the event.
Can remote speakers join from BharatVC or a Polycom or Cisco room?
Yes. We bridge BharatVC sessions and hardware room systems (Polycom or Poly, Cisco and other SIP/H.323 endpoints) into the production switcher, send the stage back to them as return video, and put them on the stream at broadcast quality. Sessions hosted on BharatVC can also be streamed out to a public audience with graphics, captions and dubbing.
Brief us on the event, not the stream
Send the audience size, venue and run of show and we will tell you whether you need a production crew, a platform or both, and quote accordingly.
